TERM OF SERVICE

Full payment is needed after we discussed the ideas you want to commission, it's also help securing your place in the queue. I'll only start sketching after received your full payment.

There is no refund except my side (artist) encounters personal problems, I will proactively refund.

I only accept payment on Paypal ($- USD).

All my artworks are only for personal use except the emote commission. If you want to order commission for commercial use, please refer to the price below:

Commercial commission: BASE PRICE X 2

Merch/Physic goods commission: BASE PRICE x 3

I can use my artworks for promotion purposes (commission samples, speedpaints,..). If you want a private commission, please refer to the price below:

Private commission: BASE PRICE x 1.5.

I can not draw mecha, elder and gore.

You do not have the right to edit, resell, recolor, trace my artwork.

Please credit @pyonnw or my Twitter link whenever you bring my artwork to elsewhere.

I'll update your order based on the working process above.

In the discussing process, please send me your character references (Imgur and Google Document link only) and your ideas (list of emotes, poses, expressions, personality of character, color,....) via Twitter / Mail so that I can follow your requirement. If you don't have any picture references, you can still describe it to me in words.

There are 3 free revisions in the sketching process, if you need more revision, additional fee is needed ($5/each). No adjustment can be made during line -> final process ( a small change is acceptable).

If you have the exact deadline, please let me know. If the deadline is <1 week, there will be rush fee of an additional 50% of your total order.

I usually take 2 weeks - 1 month to finish the commission and my service is completed on a first come - first serve basis, so please kindly be patient after placing your commission. Sometimes, unexpected delays may come and I'll notify you the delay reason and estimated the delivery day in advance (about a week).
